Our next Gala will be held in 2028, honoring the Fox Valley Arts Hall of Fame Class of 2028 Inductees.

Nomination forms are accepted from September 1, 2027 through November 1, 2027. The nomination window is currently closed.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 1. Tenure

    Nominee has completed twenty years

    in his or her professional field.

  • 2. Achievement

    Nominee has achieved excellence and recognition

    nationally and / or internationally in his or her field.

  • 3. Nexus

    Nominee is connected with the Fox Valley through

    birth, education, residence, or service.
